Resolved: AgentMate – Login Issues

Update: All services appear to be running normal now, we apologize for the interruption

Update: At this time there is no additional information to pass along,  we will continue to work with the Internova infrastructure team and Mark Monitor and notify you when new information becomes available.

Update: The issues some end users are having when attempting to login to AgentMate appear to be caused by Mark Monitor. We will continue to work with them and the infrastructure team to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

As per the communication via the Internova infrastructure team: Services appear to be returning to normal, although we have not received official word from Mark Monitor that the issue has been completely resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will notify you when new information is available.

We will continue to update you via email as we obtain more information.

We are aware that some end users are unable to access AgentMate and we are currently working with Internova’ s infrastructure team and our developers to assess the issue.
