Our team is pleased to announce the integration between SNAP and AgentMate, which will streamline reservation management and increase the effectiveness of the reservation process. As a result of this powerful integration, the following features will be available to you.
Reservations created in SNAP will automatically be imported into AgentMate for the following types:
- A ticketed airline reservation
- Hotel reservations
- Car rental reservations
- Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD)/Ancillary Fees – e.g. baggage fees, seat upgrades, etc.
- Automatic Update: Changes, updates, or cancellations in SNAP will instantly appear in AgentMate.
- Itinerary and Pricing Import: All itinerary details and pricing will automatically be imported and updated in AgentMate.
- Airline Tickets Marked as Paid in Full: Airline tickets will be automatically marked as paid in full within AgentMate once they have been issued, eliminating the need to manually process payments.
Through this integration, we aim to maximize booking efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall booking process.
The integration will become effective on November 11th, 2024, at 8:00 am (Eastern).
In AgentMate, manual reservation entries will no longer be required. We recommend checking that your reservations are created as expected. You can retrieve a SNAP reservation by simply entering the GDS record locator.
