Quarterly NCOA Processing January 2025

As a benefit of participating in the Engagement Marketing Program you qualify for the National Change of Address  (NCOA) process.

The Engagement Marketing Program’s National Change of Address (NCOA) process happens quarterly and it will ensure your agency’s customer address data remains current and accurate.

As an AgentMate user to view your address changes see screenshot below.

 

For our U.S. based agencies ONLY, the deceased process is completed yearly.

  1. Headquarters flags customers as deceased during the annual process.
  2. You log into your Engagement account.
  3. Navigate to Client List Management section via the left-hand menu.
  4. Locate the affected list and update the information in AgentMate accordingly.
