An AgentMate release is scheduled for the morning of Friday, April 28th, around 3:30 AM PT/6:30 AM EDT. This release will include several bug fixes that will be communicated to the reporter(s) following post-release testing.
Based on feedback from the previous release, updates to the Dashboard are also being made.
- Active reservations now have a filter option (similar to Reminders), where the user can see all bookings OR just their own. Users will also be able to filter based on Booked/Quoted Date or Departure Date.
- Reminders will be limited to 50, as too many can cause the screen to freeze.
- Overdue Reminders will now be displayed in RED again.
In addition, this release will disable some older ‘TLS protocols’ from the AgentMate web servers. This should be completely transparent to the majority of users and will increase the security of the system. Users who are still on Windows XP systems or older will be prevented from reaching the server and will receive an error that ‘This page can’t be displayed’. Since Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft, the only option will be for those users to upgrade their operating system.
