AgentMate gives customers the ability to store, schedule and send a wide variety of reports through the “Memorize” functionality.
Users can select the fields to be displayed in the reports, creating custom-made options that suits your operational needs.
Also, management can create and assign reports to their agency staff, making those visible in their dashboards.
Once configured, reports will be run in the scheduled frequency, an email will be delivered to the list of recipients selected (if any) and everything will be visible under Reports > Memorized Reports screen.
