We would like to inform you about an important update regarding Cruise Fares within AgentMate.
California has passed a law that requires all travel agents to quote the total price for cruise bookings, including all taxes and fees, effective July 1st, 2024.
As a result of this, we are updating AgentMate to be compliant with this law regardless of where you are located.
Effective June 30th 2024, at 6:00 am pacific time, all cruise fares under Search all Inventory will show the total price, including NCF’s, government taxes and fees.
We’ve also added a disclaimer at the bottom of the “Search All Inventory” page to reflect this:
