Of Course you did! But did you know that you can add Links that are specific to your agency?
It’s true; go to Utilities > Agency Defaults: General List and find ‘Links’ from the list. Here you can enter in the URL you want to go to (in the Link field) and a Display Name. The Display Name will be added to the bottom of the Links drop-down. Just like with all the other Links, you can go to Utilities > Counselor Defaults – Integrations to record your Username and Password. Then when you hold your cursor over that item in the Links drop-down you’ll be reminded of your Username/Password so you can enter it after clicking the link.
