Summary:
In addition to various bug fixes, some design changes to the ‘Pay Now’ feature and Lead Management are captured in this release. Individual bug fixes will be communicated back to the reporting user.
Details:
Pay Now Updates: In an effort to make the online payment feature (Pay Now) more user-friendly to the end consumer, we have made some design changes and made the navigation easier.
Lead Management Updates: Updates have been made to the lead process and dashboard to improve the user’s experience. An Agency Guide outlining all changes is available on Agent Universe.
Agency News: A new section has been added to your AgentMate dashboard called “Agency News”. Only people with defined permissions (“Can enter Agency News Items” as found on Utilities > Counselor Privileges) will be able to create news and/or upload documents. This will allow you to easily stay on top of news within the agency.
