A Note from Support

As we quickly approach the end of Q1, we wanted to take a moment to provide you with a status update as it relates to the AgentMate Team.

To begin, thank you to all of our users who have worked with us over the years to help us define and refine various areas of the application. The AgentMate team has been hard at work throughout the last year continuously developing and perfecting the application to expand functionality to a growing user base. There is a lot of exciting opportunities on the horizon for the larger AgentMate user base and we look forward to sharing those developments with you soon.

One major area of development and investment has been in our core team. We have expanded our team in the Montevideo office with the addition of more dedicated resources servicing the AgentMate product. In addition to Julie in AgentMate Support, we have added Vicky, Fernando, Alvaro and Ignacio to focus offering exceptional service in AgentMate Support. With also a focus on AgentMate Support, Kaira was added to help with the development and publishing of new training and video content. The Development and the QA side also got a boost of talent with the additions of Diego and Ana hired as Product Development Analysts.
