An AgentMate Release is scheduled for Tuesday, October 31st at approximately 2:00 AM EDT. This release will include a number of bug fixes that will be communicated to the reporter(s) following post-release testing.
Among the items included in the release are updates to the CRM Global Opt-ins Management process. As part of this update the label of Mail List Labels (under Client drop-down) has been changed to List Management. The List Updates tab is a new area where saved lists generated from List Management will appear. There are two quick start guides available to demonstrate the changes to this area/functionality: List Management and Global Opt In and Out of Marketing

Lead Management fields are now available under Query Tool > Departure Reports. A new View called Leads View is now available and will allow you to query and display Lead Management related fields.
