An AgentMate Release is scheduled for early morning Thursday, September 14th at approximately 2:00 AM EDT. This release will include a number of bug fixes that will be communicated to the reporter(s) following post-release testing.
Among the items included is a new enhancement that allows the creation of invoice letter templates that can be stored and easily attached to an invoice emailed from AgentMate. A link to this documentation can be found here: Invoice Letter Templates – Creating, Using, Managing
The option to ‘BCC’ the Agent of Record when sending invoices from AgentMate is also part of this enhancement. By selecting the checkbox for BCC Agent of Record when generating an Invoice to email from AgentMate, a copy of the invoice being sent to the client will be sent to the email of the Agent of Record on the reservation.
