As technology continues to advance AgentMate continues to update its processes and procedures to stay current. Microsoft has stopped deploying software updates and bug fixes for older versions of Internet Explorer so AgentMate will no longer be accessible in IE10 or older; Microsoft does offer free-upgrades for Internet Explorer 11 as well as its new Edge product. AgentMate is fully supported in most browsers including Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox; these browsers automatically update when a new version is released.
