As most of you know, AgentMate has had constant development for 20+ years and the technology out there today is very different than it was even 6 years ago. As such, we are updating some of the background framework to utilize the newest technology. During this upgrade AgentMate will temporarily be unavailable during the schedule published below.
At this time we will also introduce the AgentMate Knowledge-Base. This will be accessible from any screen in the application by clicking on the Life Preserver at the top of the screen. You’ll receive a dialog box where you can search for more information surrounding an additional topic.
In addition to the technology upgrade and Knowledge Base Release, select bug-fixes will go live; these will be communicated directly to the impacted users.
