Update (26 Jul 2016): The solution referenced has been deployed and issue is now resolved. In the event that this or other issues arise, please don’t hesitate to notify your support department.
Issue: Reservations imported from CruisePRO that contain Clients that are New to AgentMate are resulting in the ‘Original Marketing Source’ not being saved upon import.
Workaround: Upon Importing the booking navigate to the Client Info tab and select the Marketing radio button; then update the ‘Original Marketing Source’ dropdown and select save. (see image below)
Solution: We are currently working on a long term solution and will continue to update this post with progress.
Timeline: We are targeting a patch tonight (25 July 2016) which should resolve the issue.
