Have you been selling a very popular itinerary only to discover after the fact you sold 7 or more staterooms?
Well, if this has happened to you, you’ll be happy to know that the Potential Group Report (found under Reports) will allow you to search for itineraries that have a specified number of reservations (e.g. show me all reservation with 6 staterooms that aren’t already in a group). After finding applicable itineraries it may be possible to secure group space with the vendor and move these FIT reservations into the group; this allows for ‘found revenue’ in the form of TCs or GAP. Agencies that have Independent Contractors often find this to be a big benefit.
