Yes that’s right, AgentMate offers a number of different Query Tools that let you export information from the application into either .CSV or .XLSX files. These tools are continually being updated to expose additional fields in the application and offer more robust options for usage and analysis.
- Departure Reports – looks at all items that exist on a reservation and are primarily used for preparing a reservation for travel
- Interactive SAR – looks at the financials that are associated to reservations. It allows you to look at either the Departed Value of a booking or the individual adjustments that happen on a booking throughout it’s life cycle.
- Client CRM – looks at all the information you have about your clients.
