Did you know that you can Filter the Reminders on your Primary Dashboard?
Yep! When you are on your Primary Dashboard, you can Select ‘Filter’ to change the parameters for the reminders you receive; those parameters will persist each time you come back to the Dashboard until you change them.
What does this mean?
Well, we’ve seen many agents (and managers) be successful in using these filters to budget time in their days. At the start of the day an agent may look only at their upcoming Financial Reminders and send out all needed Deposit, Final Payment, or Secondary Deposit reminders; following this they review their Customer/Leads Reminders for the majority of the day. Finally, before end of day, they review the Customer Experience Reminders for the next day, disabling any they don’t want sent the next morning.
