Did you know the Lead Management Dashboard in AgentMate shows you which leads are for repeat passengers?
That’s right! When you are on the Lead Dashboard any guest that already has an active reservation will appear highlighted in green. Leads where the client hasn’t worked with your agency before will appear un-highlighted (with a standard white background). Some Agencies will have one or two agents focus on those new guests to help close the sale and convert them into long-term clients.
You may also notice that if your guest has a phone number or email address in AgentMate those icons will appear after their name. You can click on the envelope or receiver to see that contact information without diving into the lead itself.
