As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience using AgentMate, we’re making improvements to the reservation process. We have developed a new reservation page, Create Res, that will be replacing the Add Express Reservation functionality in AgentMate. The new process has been streamlined to one page making it much faster and easier to enter a reservation.
As a very active and knowledgeable user, we’d love for you to take advantage of the streamlined functionality before we sunset “Add Express Res” on September 1st 2021.
We ask that you join one of four (4) webinars that will be sent out via email. During this webinar, you will be introduced to “Create Res” and shown how to toggle between the old and new pages and presented with a user guide to help after the call.
We will also be providing two (2) Question & Answer Sessions for you to join at your convenience and to have any of your questions answered during this transition.
This will be mandatory training for ALL agencies. (Optional: Any additional AgentMate users are welcome to attend.)
