As most of you know AgentMate offers you the ability to upload attachments to a Reservation, Lead, or Group; AgentMate also allows you to store a Client’s Passport information. With the most recent AgentMate release these go to the next level.
You are now able to store attachments against a Client’s Profile in addition to the areas outlined above; simply navigate to the Client’s Profile and you’ll see a new radio button in the top right for Attachments. In addition on the Summary page of the Client’s Profile (near passport information), you’ll see a field to document a Global Entry number; this field can also be pulled within AgentMate’s Query tools.
