It’s True! AgentMate allows you to define commission splits for any/all agents in your office; these splits can be unique from agent to agent and the payment rules (timeline and criteria) can be different from agent to agent. Once the Commission split is set, all new reservations created will be considered ‘unpaid’ to the counselor and as those reservations are balanced you trigger them for payment. Because you are documenting specific reservations and line items as paid, this means that if there’s a change after the fact (like a recall, cancellation, etc.) the commission will be trued up ensuring that the agency doesn’t forfeit any commission or overpay their agents.
