The scheduled maintenance for AgentMate has been completed. Initial check-outs of the application show it functioning as intended.
Known Issue: The first time a user attempts to access AgentMate from a bookmark saved on their computer they may receive an Error, but attempting a second time will allow entry for them; because this is associated to a link stored locally on their device we are not able to proactively prevent it. Users accessing from the AM-Blog (myagentmate.com) or direct from the login page will not experience this issue.
We will be monitoring regular support channels off-and-on throughout the day to action any unexpected issues that may arise.
