Tip: Resolving Problem Clients

Have you ever had a client that is a continual challenge, one who rarely purchases and when they do requires phone calls every few days for seven months?

I think many of us have. In AgentMate there is the ability to Fire these clients to warn your staff that they aren’t worth the time typically spent. On any client’s profile you are able to use the dropdown in the bottom right of the screen to select ‘Fire’. When you pull up the profile next the Client Status will say Fired in big red letters.
