Have you ever had an Agent retire or leave their agency?
As time goes on inevitably Agents will leave and when this happens it can be important to reassign their clients to a remaining agent. This helps ensure that there’s no interruption in service for your clientele. After an agent leaves you can leave their past bookings assigned to them (which can help track commissions), but via the Counselor Privileges tab you are able to Reassign clients to a different agent. Simply make the departing Agent Inactive, then select that agent, and choose Reassign. Once the Reassign dialog box appears you are able to choose which remaining agent you would like to assume ownership of these clients.
