Do you find yourself writing the same letters (emails) to your clients over and over?
I think we all do. We want to ensure that our clients receive the information they need while still keeping things personal. A great solution for this is to use the Letter Template feature within AgentMate. Each Agency can create letter templates to cover all sorts of topics such as Online Check-in, Welcome Home, Birthdays, Reminders to Renew Passports, Sign-ups for Shore Excursions, and more. These letter templates can use ‘Merge Fields’ so that they’ll auto-customize, using your client’s Names, Booking Information, etc. You can also edit these templates on the fly so you can add in extra blurbs that are truly custom to that client.
These letters can be sent from the Client’s Profile, Booking, or a Group.
