Do you belong to any Clubs, Networking Groups, or other Organization that meets on a semi-regular basis?
Statistically, you do; the same is true for your clients. AgentMate offers a function called Organizational Setup (found within the Client Module) that lets you create unique groupings to apply to your Client Profiles.
For Example, your agency may work with a local church and do a fund-raising or mission trip every other year. You can create an Organization in AgentMate for the church and then associate all Clients to be members of that organization. This way you can see (and Market to) all members of that group, even if they don’t travel this year, and keep independent tracking of Marketing Source (so you can see if Information Nights, Direct Mail, or something else is most successful).
