Tip: Track Document Status

Hopefully your agency doesn’t have that problem as you are using the Document Reminders in AgentMate to stay ahead of these types of calls. Did you know you can drill down to another level entirely? On each Reservation, the Booking tab to be specific, you are able to record when you anticipate receiving documents, how they were received in the office, and when they were issued to the consumer; through all of this you can also record who in the office took care of each step in the process.
