Last Night Microsoft pushed some updates last evening. Because of this there have been isolated cases where the AgentMate login screen would not load. In each case this has been resolved closing all programs and shutting down the user’s computer. Once the computer was turned back on, all MS updates went live and the Login screen could successfully load.
