Tip: Track Possible Groups within your Lead Dashboard

Do you like travelling with your friends and family?

Many people do – including several of your clients. Every agency I’ve talked to has had at least one time where someone called wanting to do a Family Reunion, Girls Weekend, or something similar. Fortunately the Lead Management Module in AgentMate offers a quick and easy way to track these potential groups. When you create your lead you can denote that the lead may produce a group by simply checking the ‘Group’ box shown below.

Then as you manage your Lead Dashboard you can see which could turn into Groups. As I think we all know, groups tend to have a higher yield per booking and often result in only needing to send out things like documents, bon voyage notifications, etc. only once. This allows you to focus your time, or for owners/managers to reassign certain leads based on an agent’s strength.
