Issue Resolved.
There seems to be a partial outage with the Learning Management System that houses AgentMate Academy. Learners are able to pass through to the Learner Interface, but aren’t able to see the available courses.
A ticket has been escalated and the issue is being reviewed. We will update this post when the issue has been resolved.
