Attention All End Users that use the Customer Experience module within AgentMate:
We are currently working in order to fix an issue that prevents the Customer Experience File from updating. Because of this, scheduled reminders have not been sent since June 12th.
Our dev team is working on this as a high priority in order to deploy the fix on the next release.
