We are excited to inform you that the AgentMate “Knowledge Base” is going to be revamped, we will be updating the current material, removing out of date content and adding new documentation!
This is all to provide you, with a better user experience.
On December 1st 2022 we will be removing the help icon within AgentMate that allows access to the Knowledgebase.
You are welcome to print any documents that you use on a daily basis.
We currently do not have an ETA as to when the new and improved Knowledge base will be accessible.
However, as mentioned, you have full access until December 1st and we will be working as quickly as possible to give back access to the new and improved Knowledge Base.
