The AgentMate Team is very excited to launch the new “Create Res” module and sunset the old “Express Res”.
We will be sunsetting “Express Res” on the morning of January 26th, 2021
If you have not already done the following, please do so BEFORE January 25th, 2021:
Enable access for your agency, otherwise you will not have access to creating reservations!!
If you do not have the two user guides that will walk you through the setup, please reach out to your support team to obtain them.

You can find the training webinar by navigating to the AgentMate Academy > Under Section 5 > Reservation Management > Scroll to the bottom > Create Res Webinar Recording – December 2020. You will be able to watch the 30-minute demo on how to navigate through the new screen.
