Clients move and not tell you?
For Vacation.com members enrolled in Engagement, their AgentMate database is run through NCOA (National Change of Address) on a quarterly basis. This update is currently in process and expected to be completed during the week of 7 May 2016. Due to this processing the Direct Mail database will not be refreshed the week of 4 May 2016; normal processing of the Direct Mail data files will resume the week of 7 May 2016.
